My Story

Hi, I’m Renee.

I’m a breathwork facilitator and nervous system coach, helping people regulate stress, release what’s held in the body, and reconnect with themselves.

There was a time when my mind and body felt completely out of sync. I struggled with focus, constant fatigue, emotional overwhelm, and a deep loss of confidence in myself and my body. Being told I needed a hip replacement at just 30—following an injury sustained in my early 20’s— only intensified that disconnection.

Everything shifted when I attended my first breathwork event. Through a simple daily practice, I began to feel clearer, lighter, and more regulated than I had in years. Breathwork allowed me to release trauma stored in my body and reconnect with a sense of calm and purpose I thought I had lost.

What began as a personal healing journey quickly became a calling. After experiencing such profound change through something both simple and deeply grounded in physiology, I felt compelled to share this work with others.

Why I Do This Work

My approach is shaped by lived experience—grief, trauma, physical injury, and childhood instability—all of which deeply impacted my nervous system and sense of safety in the world. These challenges, while painful, have given me profound empathy and the ability to hold safe, compassionate space for others on their healing journey.

Breathwork has brought clarity, emotional release, and a level of healing that moved beyond the mind and into the body. It changed not only how I felt, but how I live.

What I Believe

I believe we are all worthy of feeling calm, safe, and connected within our bodies.
Trauma is not meant to stay stored inside us forever.
With the right support, healing is possible—and life can feel lighter, freer, and more fully lived.

It is an honour to walk alongside others as they rediscover that for themselves.
